Join a supportive team, build a rewarding career, and enjoy a lifestyle where adventure is right outside your door. And to make the move easier, relocation support and a signing bonus is available.

Start your next chapter on Vancouver Island with relocation support through a signing bonus

Pay Range:

Hourly Independent Contractor position - $70-$80 per hour
Hourly Employee position - $60-72 per hour

Big or small, every comeback starts somewhere.

At CBI Health, we’re not here for routine care. We’re here for turning setbacks into comebacks – for helping people get back to work, back to life, back to themselves.

And we’re just as serious about your trajectory.

Whether you’re a new grad ready to prove yourself or an experienced OT ready for more, this is where your work actually moves the needle.

Make It Yours

Helping clients regain independence and confidence
Supporting return-to-work journeys (cue the comeback stories)
Delivering care that’s evidence-based, outcome-focused, and human in approach
Working alongside a team that pushes each other to be better

You’ll fit right in if you…

Have a master’s in occupational therapy
Are registered (or eligible) with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
Love working with people and celebrating progress, big or small
Are a new grad or have experience

What makes this different

Autonomy with backup – freedom to practice, support when it counts
Flexibility that’s real – build a schedule that works
A team that shows up – collaborative, capable, and invested
Growth that doesn’t stall – mentorship, development, and leadership pathways

The extras (that matter)

Competitive pay + 100% employer-paid benefits
Strong admin support = more time with clients
Ongoing learning, growth, and leadership opportunities

Why This Team

Because where you work, and how you work, matters. Here, you’ll have the tools, trust, and team to do work you’re proud of.

Built for Everyone

We’re building a team that reflects the communities we serve – diverse, inclusive, and stronger for it.
