Map limits and potential grant

The ARU map carries data dated May 30,2025 and is for general information. The city explicitly says not to rely on it for construction, real-estate or permit decisions.

The overview links an ARU grant of up to $30,000 for qualifying units rented at an affordable rate. That maximum is not automatic funding for every added unit; use the separate grant conditions and application before budgeting around it.

Family occupancy and rental use both fit the general ARU description, but renting brings the additional licensing requirement. Do not treat the four-unit overview as a substitute for checking the actual lot and proposed building.
