City and regional approval are separate
Fees are non-refundable and some categories are only in the full Fees and Charges Bylaw. The published lane-closure range is not a fixed quote for every project.
Regional roads and oversized loads use Region of Waterloo permit processes. Check the road’s authority rather than assuming this city approval covers the entire route.
Starting without approval can bring fines or a stop-work order. Permit submission and fee payment are not substitutes for receiving the required authorization.
